You are strongly advised to be cautious when talking to an individual claiming to be from OCMI. Accordingly, please immediately contact us via email at payroll@ocmiwc.com upon receiving a suspicious business transaction need, offer, or invitation and additionally notify the police or other competent authority.



Criminal and/or civil liabilities may arise from such actions. We intend to cooperate with competent law enforcement authorities and ask them to take appropriate action whenever such phenomena occur.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OCMI and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates (collectively, “OCMI”), from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with any text messages sent by OCMI to you or your employees, including but not limited to claims of TCPA violations, claims of violations of other state or federal laws or regulations, claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or other common law torts.

You shall defend OCMI at your expense against any such claims and shall pay any damages or costs awarded against OCMI in connection with such claims.This indemnity clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement and shall remain in full force and effect.
